Commercial Electrician Croydon
What we do
We offer a range of services to our clients:
Fixed Wire Testing (EICR)
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) gives you a clear picture of the condition of your electrical installation – what is safe, what needs attention and where improvements should be considered. Prolec carries out fixed wire testing and EICRs.
Commercial PAT Testing
Portable appliance testing keeps your equipment records current and provides evidence that electrical equipment is being appropriately maintained. We carry out PAT testing for commercial and public sector organisations.
Load Monitoring
If you are planning to add significant electrical demand to your installation, or investigating unexplained trips and failures, load monitoring gives you accurate data on what your system is actually doing.
Fire Alarm Testing
Fire alarm systems need regular inspection and testing to help ensure they remain operational and faults are identified. Prolec provides fire alarm testing and inspection for commercial premises across London and the South East.
Emergency Lighting Testing & Maintenance
Emergency lighting plays an important role in helping people leave a building safely if the normal lighting fails. Regular testing and maintenance help ensure the system works when needed.
Thermal Imaging
A thermal imaging survey can identify temperature changes while your system is operating under load, helping you identify potential problems before they lead to failure.
Electrical Remedial Works
An EICR with C1 or C2 observations needs to be acted on. We carry out electrical remedial works for commercial premises across London and the South East, addressing defects identified through inspection and testing, and providing the appropriate certification and records once the works are complete.
Commercial EV charging installation
Demand for workplace and fleet charging is growing fast, and the infrastructure decisions you make now will shape what you can do for the next decade. We design and install EV charging solutions for commercial and education sites across London and the South-East.
LED Lighting Upgrades
Replacing your existing lighting with LED is one of the most straightforward ways to reduce energy consumption across your estate. We survey your installation, specify the right solution for each space, and carry out the full replacement - retrofit where appropriate, full refit where it is not.
Commercial Electrical Fit Out
Prolec delivers commercial electrical fit-out services across London and the South East. From office refurbishments and workspace reconfigurations to more complex projects.
